Last week I talked about remembering there’s a human on the other side of the hiring process.
Well…here’s me needing a little human moment of my own.
As some of y’all know, my husband has been deployed for most of this year. During that time, it’s been me and three kids, three and under, holding down the fort.
He just got back this week (!!!)…which means today’s post is short, sweet, and a little self-serving.
I’m sharing a few of Rogue’s current remote openings below and would love your help getting some good people into some good jobs.
If something looks like a fit, reply back to this email. If it’s not for you, please share the love and pass it along.
Thanks for letting me be a little human this week. 💙
See you next Monday (with a little more content),
Robin

Open Roles: Healthcare Data Analytics Company
This company has been around for almost 10 years and is in a really exciting spot right now. They’re a small but rapidly scaling healthcare data analytics company building out their own internal product for the first time.
They’re funding everything through revenue, not outside investment. That means you get the opportunity to build something new without the pressure or interference that comes with VC or private equity.
Healthcare experience is preferred across all roles, but what really matters here is your ability to thrive in ambiguity. This is not the kind of place where you show up, coast, and collect a paycheck. The team is small, the structure is still being built, and the people who succeed here are the ones who like figuring things out as they go.
If you’re looking for a spot where you can build something meaningful, work directly with leadership, and move your career forward quickly, this is it.
Senior SQL Engineers (2 openings)
Fully remote
Compensation around $120,000 to $140,000
Heavy raw T-SQL experience required, including writing and optimizing stored procedures
No additional BI tools or tech layers on top of it
This role is ideal for someone who likes getting into clean, efficient SQL and owning how data moves through a system.
Senior Software Engineers (3 openings)
Fully remote
Compensation up to $140,000 to $150,000
Full stack work across Python, Django, SQL, and React
Building a brand-new product from scratch in an AI-first environment
This is a true greenfield build. Looking for people who like autonomy, can create frameworks from zero, and are comfortable using AI as a coding assistant.
QA Analysts (2 openings)
Fully remote
Compensation around $100,000 to $120,000
Manual testing of web applications and data systems
Responsible for owning end-to-end QA before any automation begins
This is for someone who wants to dig into the systems, understand how everything works, and ensure quality before processes get automated.
Data and Support Analyst (1 opening)
Fully remote
Compensation around $60,000 to $70,000
One to three years of experience in SQL or related work
This is a great role for someone earlier in their career who wants to grow into QA, data engineering, or technical analysis. You’ll be the first line of defense for internal data issues and take on troubleshooting that frees up the senior data team.
Product Manager (1 opening)
Fully remote
Compensation around $150,000 to $200,000
Hands-on ownership of this new product from concept through delivery
Experience in healthcare strongly preferred
They need someone who can think strategically but also execute. Someone who can take the founder’s vision, translate it into delivery, and make progress without getting bogged down in bureaucracy.
Open Roles: SaaS Company in Oil and Gas Compliance
This client is a software-as-a-service company that’s been around for more than 30 years and continues to grow. They’re incredibly stable but still building and modernizing their product suite.
Right now, they’re expanding by adding another full scrum team and hiring a few key technical roles. The tech stack is .NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript. These are full stack positions, though it’s fine if someone leans a bit heavier on either front-end or back-end work as long as they’re comfortable contributing to both.
This is a great fit for someone who likes working in an established but evolving environment: steady product, steady leadership, but real opportunities to improve quality and modernize code.
Software Development Lead (1 opening)
On-site hybrid or fully remote options depending on location
Compensation up to $160,000 to $170,000
This role is for someone who still loves to code but also knows how to elevate a team. Success here looks like raising the bar for code quality, helping reduce technical debt, and driving accountability within the team.
Software Developers (2 openings)
On-site hybrid or fully remote options depending on location
Compensation from $95,000 to $140,000
These positions are on the same pod as the lead role. The team’s focus is improving product performance, modernizing architecture, and collaborating closely with QA and product to deliver stable, high-quality software.
